We feel very lucky to have found Sharon to look after our cats. She is a natural with them and you can see that she really cares. We know they are in safe hands when we go away and everything is taken care of.

Sharon (The Cat Butler) looked after our two cats twice a day for 16 days. She is a true cat person who made close friends with one of our cats after a couple of days and would spend a good amount of time fussing him during each of the two daily visits. Our other cat is elderly and very cautious of new people. However, Sharon made a real effort to make her feel at ease too.
The Cat Butler has a portal where you provide all necessary information regarding feeding, any medications etc. and Sharon followed all the rather complicated instructions (as our elderly cat requires twice daily medication) perfectly. I will definitely use The Cat Butler Stourbridge again and would recommend her to my friends and family as it is obvious that she loves cats and have their best interests in mind looking after them.

I went on vacation for almost 2 weeks to visit my family and entrusted Sharon with the care of my two cats, Óscar and Maria. It was a wonderful experience — Sharon sent me daily photos and/or videos, keeping me updated on my babies every day. I needed to extend the service by an extra day, and she was very accommodating. When I returned home, I was greeted by 2 happy, well-cared-for cats. I highly recommend Sharon’s pet-sitting services and will confidently trust her again for future trips.

I cannot recommend Sharon “The Cat Butler “ highly enough. We were sent constant communication and photos, she holds a genuine concern for our two cats and although they are very shy she persevered to win them over. I cannot thank Sharon enough for the great care she gave our elderly cat Sally while we were away for a week. Sally has Chronic Kidney Disease and requires special food and daily medication, which Sharon administered. We were sent daily updates which included videos and photos which gave me peace of mind while we were away.
Sharon went above and beyond what we expected and even got some extra chicken when we ran out which Sally very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sharon and we will definitely be booking her again in the near future.

Excellent service. Sharon managed to fit us in last minute before our holiday which was a life saver. Absolutely fantastic experience with Sharon as our cat sitter! She came in three times over Friday and Saturday, taking excellent care of our two cats Ella & Sherbert. Not only did she make sure they were well-fed and fussed over, but she also spent time reassuring them and giving them plenty of attention—something that clearly made a big difference, as both cats seemed relaxed and content.

Right from the get go I knew I had made the right choice booking with The Cat Butler. Sharon was lovely and answered all my questions prior to booking which immediately put my mind at ease. Lianne was our Cat Butler and the love she has for what they do was evident from the moment she walked theough the front door.
We had daily photos and updates on how the girls were doing and she even did the washing up that I forgot I'd left.
